BAUHINIA ACUMINATA
White Dwarf Orchid Tree

This is a great little tree for small yards. It will only grow to about 6' and won't take up much space.
Bauhinia acuminata will produce white flowers that look like snowflakes hanging off the branches. Sometimes it is called Snowy Orchid Tree.
Like the other Orchid Trees the leaves are interestingly shaped like ox hooves.
Expect Bauhinas to not look very good in the winter.
As the weather gets cooler it will loose a lot of its leaves, only to resprout as the weather warms up. It will bloom as long as the weather is warm.
