White & Pink Powder Puff

This is a Calliandra or Powder Puff plant that gets pink and white flowers. This was sold to us as Calliandra surinamensis, but we believe that it is not correct or is just a different clone. This one has small leaves which is suitable for bonsai. It has the smallest leaves out of all the Calliandras that we grow. This is a weeping type of plant which in our opinion is very attractive. This plant can be styled and trained to be a nice bonsai tree or can be grown to be also a nice bush. This is tropical, avoid freezing temperatures. The last picture is a comparison between the one we are offering with white and pink flowers (left) and Calliandra surinamensis (right) to show you how small the leaves are.
