AVAILABILITY
Unfortunately, in our business we do have a limited supply
for some of our plants. Hence, we can't predict when our
stock will run out or when the plants will not be ready
for shipping, which we will inform you. Please e-mail or call us if you have any questions about availability.
GUARANTEES
All our plants are skillfully grown in our nursery.
We guarantee quality plants that are reasonably easy
to maintain. We provide basic care instructions and
we are available to answer any of your questions via
e-mail or by telephone during business hours if any
problems do occur when your plants arrive.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped normally within a week after
being received, depending on availability and weather. We recommend plants being shipped via
USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive.
This is not a guaranteed 2-3 day service according to the post office, but it is rare for it to take longer than that. For your satisfaction we may delay shipments if we feel
it is either too cold or too hot to insure safe delivery.
Fedex Ground
We offer Fedex ground shipping option, but cannot provide a guarantee with this service. It can take up to a week to arrive to you depending on where you live and is not recommended.
PACKING
All our orders are professionally packed to insure
the safety of the plants. A few branches may break
in the process, but will not affect the plants health.
If a problem does occur when your order is received
please call 1-888-241-1572 or e-mail us at info@rareflora.com
within 7 days. We will ask you to e-mail us a picture.
Remember to open up orders as soon as possible once
received. REFUND POLICY
Please report any problems within a 7 day period.
A picture via e-mail will be required.
We provide a full refund or replacement if there is
severe damage due to shipping.
A few branches or leaves may break in the process,
but will not affect the plants health.
We are not responsible for plants once they arrive
and are growing in your environment. We do not refund
plants that die or decline because of reasons beyond
our control.
We do not refund/replace plants that are damaged because of cold weather or that were shipped via Fedex ground.
WINTER SHIPPING
•We will
do everything we can to make sure your plants will
arrive safely. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a
guarantee on plants sent during cold weather. We offer
heat packs for $2 to help keep the plants warm.
Please let us know if you would like us to include
one with your order or you can purchase them directly from the shopping cart. More than one may be needed if plants are being shipped in large boxes.
•All of
our plants are tropicals and grown outdoors in South
Florida. We cannot guarantee the success or survival
of these plants when placed indoors without the appropriate
growing conditions.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We only ship internationally to Canada at this time.
